Jessica and I sampled Maple Butter in Quebec City this fall, and brought bring back these small samples in our carry-ons (FYI - maple spread is specifically listed as liquid by the the
Canadian Air Transport Security Authority! Also, I have a
YQB CATSA maple butter coffee break conspiracy theory...).
This delicious deliciousness is to be used sparingly until I get the courage to
make it myself! Today was my first time using it in meal prep. I made us toasted muffins with ham, cheese and light dusting of maple butter. It was delish! A great treat to reward a morning of a less favourable winter activity, shoveling.
